Abs -- Tone and Tighten Class
Fun and challenging workout featuring the stability ball. This class is designed to prevent boredom and appeal to all fitness levels.
Each class will incorporate some type of cardiovascular fitness ad stability ball training focusing on exercises to strengthen the trunk
, upper and lower body while enhancing stability and balance.

Yoga
No experience necessary! If you can
breathe, you can do yoga!
Come with an open heart and empty stomach, wearing
