Class Information and Descriptions

Sign ups are going on right now.  Email or stop in to register for a class.  Classes will start in April or when filled.

We hope to be able to offer the following classes:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Abs -- Tone &  Tighten
  • Circuit Training
  Abs -- Tone and Tighten Class

Fun and challenging workout featuring the stability ball. This class is designed to prevent boredom and appeal to all fitness levels. Each class will incorporate some type of cardiovascular fitness ad stability ball training focusing on exercises to strengthen the trunk , upper and lower body while enhancing stability and balance.

Members $20 / Per Session $2.00
Non-members $35 / Per Session $4.00

Tuesday – Thursday 6:00-6:30 am 

  Group Personal Training

Need the extra motivation, get your friends together for a group training session. Great way to stay in shape and cut the cost.      

  Yoga

No experience necessary!  If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
Come with an open heart and empty stomach, wearing comfortable clothing.
