Circuit Training – Resistance training to burn more calories! Build muscle with weight training & burn fat by increasing your heart rate. All ability levels welcome.

Bootcamp - This high intensity class offers a huge variety of exercises! Workout are only 30 minutes and are  a perfect way to change up your routine. Some work outs are cardio based and some are strength. If the weather permits you may go outside. Climbing ropes, dumbbells, plyometric boxes and Olympic bars will all be used. All ability levels will be accommodated.
