Health Insurance Reimbursement
For anyone looking to join Fitness Point, a way to earn money back for working out is now available.

Unity:
Effective January 1, 2006, both subscribers and their spouses, who are also Unity members, will be eligible to work out for the Fitness First cash reward. Together, they can earn a combined total of $200 each calendar year in one of three ways:
1. Subscriber earns $200 in two $100 increments: one after six consecutive months and the second after twelve consecutive months
2. Spouse earns $200 in two $100 increments: one after six consecutive months and the second after twelve consecutive months
3. Both subscriber and spouse earn $100 after six consecutive months

Dean Care:
Dean Care will reimburse eligible members 50% of the first $200 in qualified charges, with a maximum reimbursement of $100 per member, per year.
You can be reimbursed for the following services:
1. Health Club Membership
2. Weight Management Program
3. Massage Therapy
4. Acupuncture
5. Dean/St. Mary’s Health Works Fitness Classes
