Kids Fitness Classes

  • 3:30 - 4:45 p.m.
  • Members -- $30
  • Non-members -- $60
  • Must sign up prior to starting class. Need 5 kids to start the class.
Summer Activities
  • Beginners Weight Lifting
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    • 10:00 - 11:30
    • Members -- $40
    • Non-members -- $100
      Sign up by June 1st. Starts June 11th. Need 8 kids to run class.  
  • Speed and Conditioning
    • 7th Gr. and above
    • Boys and Girls
    • Tuesday - Thursday
    • 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
    • Starts June 12th, Ends August 7th
    • Members -- $40
    • Non-members -- $100
      Meet at Fitness Point.  
  • Girls Weight Lifting
    • Tuesday, Thursday
    • 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
    • Starts June 11th, Ends August 17th
    • Members -- $15
    • Non-members -- $60
